At Moonboon, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
